Made from lightweight laminated real wood called Paulownia, these boards are designed to break safely and easily. Like any martial arts practice, breaking should be practiced under the supervision of a qualified master.

I wish I would have gotten a video before my 7yr old broke the last board. They were just challenging enough for him to feel accomplished after breaking. I recommend!
