Designed by a Mama-owned small company in the USA (Andrea is an Elimination Communication and potty training expert here in North Carolina). With the first wash and dry, the core will "fluff" up as a cloth diaper pre fold does; see out fluffing instructions included in each package for more details on prepping your undies.
