This hat has a velvet brim for comfort. It fits my head just right. Love how the sparkles are not over the top. Just the right amount!

This hat is a little fancier than a plain top hat, because of the sequin textures that completely covers the hat. I love the design, while it is just a simple top hat, has a little extra flare to it. It's cheap and versatile, great for dress up parties. It fit my giant adult male head well.

For a costume hat around $15–$20, this sparkly top hat is pretty good. The shaping isn't perfect, the shiny material is like a car sunshade, and there's no adjustability included, but these are par for the price. It's fun and gives the right overall impression.Just to be clear about the listing's pictures, there's a bunch of computer-made weirdness thrown in. That shows all sorts of shapes to the hats that aren't right.I used a trio of hat reducer strips to adjust the size on mine. They won't stick well on their own, so I stick three of them inside the hat in a pyramid formation.
