Cute but glass very thin and impossible to pick up by the handle without burning your hand while filled with hot liquid, it's a no for me.

The cups are small and fragile. The glass broke when I washed it. The defuser is poorly made to many particles gets into the tea.

These cups and their infusers make a great cup of tea because tea has plenty of room to bloom. You have to be very careful cleaning (and generally handling) them because the infusers in particular are fragile. The cups are sturdier. I use a toothbrush to clean the infusers because sometime the tea gets caught and again, you want to handle them with care. But the quality of the tea created by using these cups is worth it.

The packaging: these cups were securely padded for shipping. No worries about breaking in transit. The shipping box is the only packaging though (no branded box).The cup: The cup is as light as a feather.Use: The entire cup gets as hot as whatever you pour into it. Since this is a tea cup, I proceeded to pour boiling water into it and it became toooooo hot to touch at all. *handle burned my fingers! Didn’t expect the handle of the cup to get as hot as the contents.Returning for refund.
