This is a nice looking, well-built trailer tongue lock but it is extremely loose when installed. The black paint seems good but with it fitting so loose I don't have much confidence. With this installed you can move it all over the place so it's not very secure. The moment you release the ball on the trailer tongue it becomes so loose it can almost be knocked off. Just disappointed.

This is a very low quality, prolly machined lock. The lock itself sticks and doesn't align properly with its slot. It gets stuck on the hitch, due to the cylinder of the lock not sliding freely. I have to use the low quality key to wiggle the lock pin out. Now after a few weeks the whole lock mechanism is sliding out of the body. Worst money I have spend on a long time. It appears that even if it functions correctly, the design allows someone to simply pull the whole lock cylinder assembly straight out!

It looks heavy duty and should go on in a snap but, the ball won’t fit all the wall into the A frame hitch on my grand design trailer. I even measured it against the ball I use to tow and can’t see why it will not fit.

I've always worried that someone could come along and steal my entire trailer in a flash. But this lock will certainly slow them down if they try!Very high quality and durable! Easy to take on and off!This is a must have in today's day and age.
