First of all, I ordered the size recommended and it is way too small. In addition the only way to get but defining is by using butt pads which defeats the purpose. The pads are removable but still will only compress and not shape. The pads for the butt and hips are removable making this a below average piece of shape wear, especially for $27.99.Sizing reference. I am 6’1”, 185 lbs and my measurements are 34” waist and 41” hips which by the size chart is a large, which is I ordered. As you can see, I am on the low end of all the measurements and yet it does not fit.

I’m 5’ 2” and about 150 pounds after having baby number 3 and very insecure about my body. This definitely helps smooth curves and clothes look better. You have to play around with the butt and hip pads for where they stay best, but I like that you can wear it with or without the pads. I got a medium and it’s a bit too tight in the thighs but comfortable/tight in all other areas.
