Used them for my 5 year old daughter to teach proper swim techniques, worth the purchase for sure! The black rubber tubes are fully adjustable and do stand up to long term use.

Purchased these two weeks ago and love them. Give a good workout to develop upper arm and shoulder strength. Compact in my bag. Dry quickly.

This is my second pair of training paddles, I wore out my first. They have changed the design from several years ago, most notably in the finger straps. Now there are fewer, and the paddle wiggles in my hand

Among the best paddles I've ever used. They are much more flexible than the TYR Catalyst paddles, so in my opinion they provide better feel for the water and my hands are less numb after using them, especially if I only use 1 strap (for the ring finger).
