This is a clever design. But the wrench does not stay locked into the extender. Gravity fights you constantly. You need to somehow lock it in (some masking tape works). Once the wrench is on the nut or bolt to be tightened or loosened, then you add this extender, it does give you some extra leverage. You can attach a 1/2" drive ratchet to the extender, or you can put a 13/16" wrench or socket on it to turn it. So it is very flexible, very helpful.

I wish I could have gotten this Wrench Extender Adaptor a bunch of years ago. It allows you to get a bunch more leverage on your combination wrench by using a 1/2" breaker bar or ratchet handle. At 9 dollars, it is worth every penny for all the busted knuckles and failed attempts at loosening fasteners I've had over my lifetime. I am very pleased with this wrench adapter and highly recommend it.
