This bike has been awful ever since I got it. The front and back chain are constantly falling off. I had it assembled and tuned up as soon as I got it to make sure it was road ready. My mechanic told me immediately that he didn't think it was very well made. It has been a major headache and I don't trust it at all. The first ride out the chain came off.

I like the fact that it’s light weight especially when handling it onto bike rack and such. However, the seat is horrible. It’s hard like rock so I have to buy the new seat for that. I’m only 5’3 and the handle bar is way…way too low. My back hurts even just a few miles of riding. Again, I have to buy an additional riser to raise the handle bar up. This bike doesn’t have any adjustment on handle bar and it’s super low. Unfortunately it wouldn’t help much for someone above 5’5”, I’m afraid. Hopefully they will improve these 2 issues in the near future.

The bike came and I was amazed at how well it was packed for shipping! Bike itself was way better than expected! Rides and shifts gears flawlessly. Very pleased.
