I installed this plow mount on an 06 Polaris Sportsman 800. The instructions were not real clear for a novice. But I muddled through them successfully. The last step in the install was the most difficult. I do not have large hands but still had difficulty getting the bolts in place to hold the supports on. I'm not sure what is involved in removing the radiator but I think that would help with the 1st and last steps of the install. With all that said, the mount looks to be sturdy and hopefully will last a long time.

well made very heavy duty!!! be cautious as you order. The pro advantage mounting kit will not work with the non pro advantage plow

This is part of a great plow system, but this mount is challenging to install. Instructions are very vague and clearly whomever designed the mount did it from a drawing vs real life. After the bloody knuckle install it does seems very solid however. I am just glad it does not have to be ever removed and re-installed! Installed on a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI twin.

I have an early 04 sportsman 700 and this fit great. Only thing is that I had to take out the lower radiator mount to swing the radiator forward enough to slide the mount bar through the frame. That part was a pain but rest was a breeze.
