This rechargeable uplight is a fantastic investment—no more messy cables or limitations due to outlets. The RGB lighting is bright and vibrant, easily adjusted for different moods or themes. Battery life is great, lasting several hours on a single charge. Perfect for DJ setups, weddings, or party decorations. Highly recommend!

It's easy to use. It is movable, it's not as bright as I was expecting. The lights change easily with the music. Not always on beat though.

This is a great RGB stage lighting or dance floor lighting solution. It’s rated at 36 watt and is extremely convenient. The unit comes with a rather large installed lipo battery that is rated at running up to 20 hours on a charge. I used it at a wedding for lighting the dance floor and it worked flawlessly for a good 4 hours straight. This unit is very capable and saves a lot of time. The unit came with two mounting brackets and thumb screws for using as an up light or can easily be attached to a truss system. It comes with a small IR remote but, can also be easily set via the control panel on back of the unit. This unit also has DMX connections so, it can easily be connected to pre existing lighting systems. The unit comes with many modes preprogrammed that are easy to use via control panel. The lights “sound function” works very well and was where I set it for dance floor lighting as it will change color scenes with the beat of the music/sound. The unit is well made, feels very solid and is bright enough for most flood lighting situations. Also, with it being RGB addressable, it is able to produce any color imaginable.

I was looking for a professional level lighting unit that a regular person could use - and this is it! It has the quality of a commercial light but the ease of use of an entry level unit. The remote control lets you adjust color, brightness and flashing speed (when a flashing option is chosen). But it also lets you connect to professional controllers (which I don't have), so this design really is versatile!

I am so disappointed in these.. I know they are extremely cheaper than the professionalSets but the battery life is awful I ended up not even using and will return. I tried bringing themOut and the battery was just constantly dying when we did a quick test run. I bought 9 and one of them doesn’t even work. If you are needing a cheap option from not a professional event, then I would use these, but other than that you might as as well as invest in the expensive ones. They are definitely cheaply made as well. I was so scared to drop one and crack it.

Pic 1 is as received, with support brackets installed. Unfortunately, the brackets do not hold very well as there are insufficient number of rubber washers. In order to make the brackets tight enough to prevent movement when it would be undesirable, you need 4, not 2 washers. On each side, 1 rubber washer between the bracket and the body of the light fixture, then in addition, there should be 1 between the 2 brackets at the screw hole. There should be NONE between the screw and the outer bracket. 25 years of experience tells me this works best.Pics 2-3 are the complete manual. Not the best English, but understandable (mostly). Pic 4 is the back apron of the light fixture showing both manual control and DMX in/out (which is fully functional as per my testing). Pic 5 is a real issue (at least for me). YOU CANNOT HAVE THE LIGHTS ON WHEN CHARGING! This is the first time that I have encountered this issue. I'm assuming it is to cut down on costs and therefore the power supply circuitry current (amps) capability. It doesn't matter why, it is simply a severe limitation. IMHO. The remote control is fully functional, and the range is around 50-feet. As opposed to most PAR lights, this model has an external AC to DC wall wart (pic 6) that plugs DC power into the rear apron of the fixture. Loose the wall wart, and your in trouble. The support/up-lighting brackets are rather thin, but workable (if you add the extra rubber washers). HOWEVER, the slightly smaller bracket is too small to pass around the fixture (pic 7)! This is simply an engineering error. You have to rotate the bracket in the opposite direction, all the way around - backwards. Or, you could simply bend the heck out of the thin brackets and rotate the bracket around as needed.Tear-Down: Pic 8 is the internals and laid out well. The lithium cells are extremely well protected by a steel cover (removed for inspection in pic 11). There is a power charging and power display board on the right in pic 8. and the center circuit board is the LED output and control display board. Fan is on the bottom and is somewhat noisy and high pitched. Pic 9 is the discrete LEDs and are all 1-watt, therefore 12-watts per color, times 3 colors equals 36 watts of light maximum. The back of the plate in pic 10 is aluminum for an efficient heat sink.In summary, a fairly decent battery LED event light that at 36-watts total is under powered as compared with the over $100 units with 6 LEDs R/G/B/W/U/A at 108-watts total, but is half the price (and even less with quantity pricing). HOWEVER, you need to balance the constraint of not being able to have it plugged in for charging at the same time as the lights are on........plus, with all lights on, it only lasts EXACTLY 3 hours after a full change, with all colors on simultaneously.
