The product was incorrect the first AND the second time it was shipped to me. Amazon said it was meant for my 2007 Suburban but it is not (pattern for upholstery not close), I sent the first one back and requested a refund and I was sent the same item again. The last year it would fit would be a 2006. Either Amazon or the manufacturer need to correct the description.

I may have set myself up for disappointment with higher expectations. I think this is just one of those products that you need to get an OEM part. Yes, I was expecting more than what I received and kind of hassle to return it at this point as I need to get the seat back in my truck. Its not garbage by any means. The service and delivery was great, just not thrilled with the product.
