These isolation mounts are highly versatile, and can be used for endless applications. We are using these to mount the compressor pallet for our refrigerator on our boat. Screwing the compressor pallet directly to the deck under the refrigerator allows the vibration produced by the compressor to transmit, and amplify to the rest of the boat, creating an annoying "buzzing" sound. After installing the isolation mounts, it change the sound to a barely audible hum! Much better!
