The outdoor sectional looks beautiful overall, but I was disappointed to find some of the wrapping details on the backrest were untangled and loose straight out of the box. It takes away from the clean, finished look and makes the quality feel a bit rushed. Hoping it holds up well over time.

Complete trash . Wondering how to get money back since it’ll never fit back in the box. This product is as low quality as it gets and shouldn’t be sold on Amazon

The sectional was extremely difficult to put together. I am decently handy but many of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned. I actually had to return it once and get a replacement because the first one didn’t have any pre-drilled holes for half of the pieces. The fabric of the cushions does not seem to be water-resistant - even though I treated the cushions with scotchgard, the cushions are molding after only a few weeks and seem to hold water after each rain. I would not recommend this - only giving two stars because it’s cute and affordable but I guess you get what you pay for!

I've been trying to assemble this for two days using the instructions from the website because none were included with the product. I've determined it can't be put together without drilling entirely new holes and buying the proper length screws.The product is useless if it can't even be assembled.

DO NOT BUY! Product arrived and seemed fine. Takes awhile to assemble everything, which is typical these days. About halfway through assembly, the back piece would not connect to the base piece of one of the benches. Upon investigation, there was too much wrapped around the metal poles, so that the screws could not bite into the other piece and pull them together. Reached out to Amazon to see if they could just send us a new piece or better screws. The guy who barely spoke English said no. I reached out to the manufacturer as well to no avail. The only option we had was to return the product to Amazon, which is stupid given the time spent putting it halfway together. Cheap product, buy something else.

Simple assembly, annoying because its a small little allen wrench for pretty heavy duty bolts but thats how most need to assemble furniture goes these days. Deff worth the price!!
