Bought this PSE roller glide for my Bear Legit compound bow. The item arrived in time and in packaging with PSE branding. The bow I have came with the usual non rolling plastic string slide. The strings on my bow had started to wear off due to friction, so I decided to try this item out. It is very sturdy and well made. Installation is quite straightforward. Keeps the strings from having friction and rubbing with each other. It is extremely quiet. No screeching or noises, very silent. Makes pull more pleasurable and smooth. In comparison to other brand names, this item is comparable in price. The other item I was looking into was out of stock, so I decided to try this one out. No regrets and very happy customer. I would recommend this item.

I had a version of this that was enclosed in plastic and difficult to remove when changing strings etc. This is just as effect in use but is much easier to install and remove.

Rollers move smoothly because they have good bearings. Cable position is exactly the same as original plastic splitter on both cables. Initially tried a cheap rollerguide that had no bearings and was just sliding rather than rolling. Also tried Saunders Teflon slide with single roller but it pulled the cables much farther making them pinch at the wheels. This PSE part is perfect.

I have a 2015 Bowtech Carbon Knight and the cable slide was cheap plastic and sticking, causing for a rough draw cycle. Replaced with this slide and it is MUCH smoother now. Still have adequate fletch clearance also. Very happy!

Really good product, smoothed out the draw of my Sanlida Dragon X8, noticeably. Unfortunately it's causing damage to the string. After observation I'm going to say that the short axle to axle distance of the bow is most likely the issue. It causes a sharper angle where the cables meet the guide wheels than a longer or taller bow would. I may return this or hold onto it for another bow build. Either way I'm reinstalling the simple plastic slider that came with the bow.

3/23/2022 UpdateI spoke with my pro bow shop who is also authorized PS dealer who can repair and service these bows, and he informed me thatI needed to put back on the cable slide that came from the manufacturer for my bow. The roller slide requires the cables to have serving on them. The rollers will eventually breakdown the cables shortening their life. He said, if I wanted to keep the roller on the cables would need to have serving put on them. That would cost me $20 for each cable. So I put on the nome roller slide back on my self. I am not putting one of theses roller slides on my mission Ballistic as I just had new cables and string put on.3/20/2022 I replaced the original slide that was on my 2021 PSE Lazer target bow with these roller cable slides. I’ve had no wear on my bow cables and no noise as some writers have stated. I’ve been shooting between 63 to 84 arrows during the week and on weekends double that. When putting this product on you have to make sure that the wheels match your slide. You’ll notice that one wheel is lower than the other one. And, make sure you put the right string on the right wheel.I also put string wax on my cables after every shooting session (as needed).I would recommend this product to anyone who is shooting a compound bow. I am going to purchase another one and put it on my Mission Ballistic.

This is the first time I've bought this particular brand of cable guard - the PSE Vibracheck. I placed it on my Diamond Edge SB-1. I have benn using another less expensive brand on my bows, including the SB-1 and saw that, even with the "other" brand, the cables of my SB-1 were slightly rubbing each other after they came out of the "other" brand of cable guard. I didn't care for that, so I figured I'd give this brand a try. Today, I removed the "other" brand and slipped on this PSE Vibracheck, I was happy to see that my cables no longer touched each other. Anther thing I noticed about the PSE cable guard is that it seemed to roll much easier as I drew the bow.The PSE Vibracheck is quite a bit more expensive that the "other" brand I have (34.95 vs 11.86), but I guess it'll be worth it. Since the cables of the bows I used the "other" brand on are not touching, I'll probably leave them be - but if/when they start giving me trouble, I'm going to replace them with the PSE brand.
