They look well-constructed, but I took the ad to mean most e-Bikes had this style of brake pads. When I took apart my brakes, I found mine were a completely different shape. So don't be a knucklehead like me, take apart your brakes, note the shape, if they have holes, etc. and measure. It is not so easy as suggested in the ad, and you might as well get it right the first time.

I replaced these pads on my old Trek hybrid bike that uses Shimano M355 hydraulic disc brakes, which are 2 piston brakes commonly found on hybrid bikes and entry level MTB. M355 is older model number. Current Shimano model is UR300. The brake pads for UR300 are backwards compatible with M355, and many other models. The kit has 2 brake pads. And also comes with 2 retaining pins. The dimension is compatible with Shimano; fits well; and easy to install. This model uses sintered (metal) pad material. This is user preference and trade-off. Shimano OEM is sintered (metal). Metal has a strong bite and lasts longer, but tend to me noisier. On the other hand, resin and semi-metallic materials have softer feel and do not last as long, but quieter. With one 13-mile long ride, the brake pads operated well. I cannot tell the difference versus Shimano OEM pads. So far so good. However, over time, brake pads can potentially develop issues, such as uneven wear, oil contamination, or abnormal noise when used. I don't have time to assess that. If any issues pop up, I will update my review.
