  • Exactly Replacement For Milwaukee 06-75-0025 Blade Backing Pad Screw, created through reverse engineering to match exact F40A/F40B Multi-Tool specifications(2626-20 model series). Maintenance-free solution restores your power tool's cutting performance without replacing whole assembly. Perfect alignment ensures vibration-free operation.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction◆ Cold-forged steel construction (through-hardened to Rockwell C50) withstands 2000+ RPM sustained operation. Diamond-cut threading (7mm hex collar) prevents stripping during torque-intensive jobs. The 0.742" flanged head with knurled edge provides non-slip grip - critical for blade backing pad replacements in demolition/construction applications.
  • Critical Dimension Compliance◆ Certified-to-spec 40mm (1.575") total length with FDA-compliant Pb-free coating. Engineered tight clearance between 7mm collar and 0.742" head prevents debris buildup - extends orbital multi-tool lifespan. Hardness-tested against OEM (Milwaukee 48-06-2720) equivalent at 125% factory tolerance standards.
  • Multi-Tool Compatibility◆ Direct replacement for 06-75-0025 fasteners in Milwaukee 2626-20 F40A MultiTool (w/11Amp EC motor) & F40B vibration-control variant. Cross-tested with 93 TPI blades & 3.5° orbital patterns. Includes anti-corrosion UltraShield plating ensuring compatibility with wood/metal/ceramic cutting scenarios.
  • Warranty-Backed Installation◆ Quick-change screw replacement process in 3 verified steps: Remove worn screw (17mm socket required), align Methuker replacement through backing pad's center bore, torque to 18N·m (160in-lbs). Backed by eternal warranty against stripping/breakage. Ships with QR-linked installation video.

Sized this up to original OEM bolt, looks identical. More importantly, it works just the same as original too. Even better, they cost $5 each, and when I needed a replacement 3 years ago. the best price I could find was $25 delivered for one. If you need a replacement, or recognize that you might someday, this is a great deal.

Every now and then, I lose one of these little bolts into Davy Jones's Locker when working on the deck of my boat. My Milwaukee Tool oscillating tool is pretty worthless without the little bolt holding the blade or backing pad onto the tool. So I like having this pair of spares in my toolkit. These fit perfectly and are indistinguishable from the original.
