This was purchased as a spare and it has lived up to my expectations of lasting long enough to let me complete mowing. Charge lasts for at least 30 minutes but lately I have been mowing long thick grass stressing the motor so that may have had an effect on battery length.

This is about two-thirds the overall dimensions and weight of the original equipment battery, but it seems to work well enough. When I first got it, my reaction was that I'd ordered the wrong battery. But is says it's 6 AH like the original battery, and it charges OK, and powers the lawn mower OK so far. Can't beat the price, so I'll keep it and update this review if it doesn't live up to my expectations. Would I buy another, yeah, probably.

This is an acceptable backup battery, but I would not depend on it for a mower battery. I fully charged this battery and put it into my Ryobi mower, and it only lasted about 15-20 minutes and not on big tall grass either. My original 40 volt 60 amp battery from Ryobi would nearly mow my entire lawn (about 1/3 acre). This one is physically smaller than that battery so I don't think it's really a 60 amp battery as it says it is, or why would it be a lot smaller and last much less time? It does charge up quickly but I think that is because it's not as big of a battery as a Ryobi 40V 60 amp.

I bought an electric mower cz theyre not selling gas mowers anymore. Original battery said 45 min cutting time. I bought an extra battery for mower. The little time it takes to charge? IS INCREDIBLE! Battery has great power to allow mower to cut grass up to the knee, its great value for your money. Highly recommended. You can use it on any tools by this brand. Guess who's going to have a garage full of this brand. Plus, they're pretty. I love the neon green. Matches ALL their equipment.

This is messed up. I bought a battery, and all the reviews seem are reviewing a "battery charger"..The battery was tested yesterday and seems to work very well. After the first discharge, it seemed it wasn't going to charge. The charger light remained in "test mode" for a while. After a few plug and unplug attempts, it began to charge well, and got fully charged.If it continues well, I will give it 5 stars. It is 4 for now.
