Exceptional pan/wok. I love the interior. So easy to clean, just wipe it out. The one thing to remember is not to start off with high heat. Start medium low & as you add ingredients, you can increase the heat, but really very few times do you need to cook over 300 degrees F. Using low heat protects the life and the finish of your wok.

I have enjoyed making dishes in this pan. The color is nice the wood in the pan and lid is beautiful. The nonstick have made it easy to book in.
