It doesn’t trace very well using a pencil or anything. Flimsy and pencil or drawing utensil don’t get into tight areas.

These stencils are very thin. I can see where it might be hard for young fingers to trace them without a more substantial edge to keep the pencil or pen in place. But I do love the extensive and varied assortment of animals included in the set.

I teach art and my students love these stencils. The price point is there and the kids use them to incorporate the animals into their art pieces as well as during free draw time. Easy to clean and are a perfect size.

Beautiful! They feel quite flimsy but so far they are holding up to my kids but the thinness is also what makes them easy to use. My only complaint which is really superficial is that the are hard to stack or put away as they keep catching on each other. But I’m really glad I got them!

The picture is extremely false advertising these stencils are not black at all

Would be much easier to use if stencil was not clear. Picture shows it black which is one reason why I selected it.

My 8 yr old wanted these, very pleased easy to use not flimsy and wonderful selection.arrived speedily too
