I hit something, obviously, that did not touch the skeg. The top end improvement is there or I could be just imagining the improvement but that is hard to believe.No instructions but you do not need them to take off a single nut and slide off associated locking hardware.Hardware included but not tools. You will need a prop removal tool or socket/torque wrench (1 1/16, odd size), hammer, prying screw driver, and 2-4-C grease.
