This is a very elegant looking fan. It sparkles nicely and doesn't overwhelm. I was worried that it might shed glitter but it does not do that at all. It makes that satisfying "snap" sound when you flick it open. I need to learn how to do it better because it sounds really cool. This is a great fan for those of us who get hot flashes. Since it's nice and wide, it provides a better air flow when fanning compared to smaller fans I've tried. It's nice and slim when folded up so it fits in my backpack style purse. It would make a lovely Mother's Day gift too.

My daughter and I are ready to start line dancing, and Boots On The Ground is the one we are excited about. So I ordered us both a fan to start practicing with. This one is a very dark black, it feels solid in the hand, and it extends the full 180°. Some of the other brands don't open like this. It also had a nice sleeve to orotrct it in a purse or tote. I recommend this fan over the rest.

This beautiful glitter fan with thigh holster is the perfect accessory for music festivals this summer. It’s sleek, sparkly, and most important to me: functional. Trying to find cute items that also have practical usage is the pinacol of festival fashion.The size is typical for a large festival fan, but it’s constructed from bamboo, so it’s more lightweight, which is a huge plus if you love to dance. The glitter material is surprising because there is very minimal if any fallout. The small particle size and superior adhesive makes for the most durable glitter material I’ve ever seen.As amazing as this fan is, the pièce de résistance really is the holster. The waist and leg straps are quality elastic and adjustable, so this should fit a wide variety of sizes. I’m 5’9” with thick thighs, and it’s SERVING *clack* If you’re looking for something with form and function to style your festival fit, look no further ;)

Big Boots on The Ground Black Glitter Fan came right on time. I had a little pouch in my drawer from my previous Pink Glitter fan I purchased in China Town that i thought i can store it in, but when I received this beautiful fan, I did not realize how big it was. It didn't fit in my pouch at all, however, this beautiful fan comes in a clear plastic sealer pouch along with a Black Glitter Holster so you can wear while you dance and that too is large. Perfect!!!

What a fun item! The fan arrived and looks even prettier in real life. It opens and closes well and did not dump glitter everywhere. The leg holster is a cool addition and highly adjustable, which I really appreciate because I have very thin legs. My purpose for this item is a photo shoot. My only very minor criticism would be that the fan does not possess a mechanism to keep it latched or locked closed. It is pretty stable when it is open though, but someone who may use this item in a performance may need that function. Overall, I think this item is made well, very pretty, and functional. The leg holster holds the fan well and is a nice addition. Would recommend. : )

This fan is very pretty, The glitter effect is even and the dust doesn't fall off getting glitter on everything. There is a very strong chemical smell however, I have it sitting out side hopefully to reduce the smell with some fresh air for a day or so.It is a great size for moving lost of air, which is it's main purpose for me. However, if you want to use it for line dancing the glitter effect does affect the performance for popping because the material is denser it can't fold in on itself as easily and reduces the sound of the pop.The carry pouch it cute and welcome. I like the idea of keeping it on me at all times while my hands are free if I am not actually using it. I have left many fans behind over the years and I think this will help me keep up with them better. The pouch has elastic bands for the waist and thigh to keep it secure, however I have it at it's longest length and it still requires almost full stretch so I don't think the elasticity of this will last long on me. I'm a size 10-12 with thick thighs though. If you are slimmer it might last longer and give your more options. I wouldn't expect it to work if you are plus or extra curvy

OK, let me start by saying the only reason this fan didn’t get a full 5 stars is because the glitter fabric didn’t cover both the top AND underside of the fan! It’s not a deal-breaker, but I do wish the glittery goodness had been on both sides for that extra sparkle effect.But let me tell you... THIS FAN IS THE FAN OF LIFE!!!The structure and design are sturdy—no flimsy business here! It’s built to last with real wood and quality fabric that add such a lush, luxe feel to it. I can already tell this fan is going to serve me for years to come! It’s got that crack-ability—that dramatic flair we all know and love—which makes it perfect for Drag Shows, Pride Events, or BEYONCÉ concert (or anywhere you want to turn heads!).The size is massive and the folding mechanism is smooth, so it tucks neatly into the included thigh holster—such a great touch! I can easily take it everywhere without it being a hassle. I’m already planning to order more and hand them out to my friends because they’re that fabulous.Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to add some serious drama and glamour to their next performance or event. It’s almost too good to be true!

This is a very cool fan that includes a holder you can strap to your arm or leg. The fan itself is larger than most of the ones you might find at a dollar store or ren fair. It looks like it is made pretty well and should last quite a while. I really like the included case as it make it easy to carry and protects the fan. I will definitely be ordering a couple more of these!5/5 would definitely recommend!
