This is ridiculous, I paid this company a thousand dollars for a diamond ring and when I ,the customer find a flaw ,they do not want to honor their commitment for replacement.

Outstanding quality and service from them. I had a question in regard to the original setting and they took care of me immediately and professionally. I had my ring appraised by my local jeweler for insurance and it was worth well over the cost - the cut, clarity and color are superb and this was an incredible value. You won't be disappointed. Gorgeous 3 CT oval with no bow tie - hard to find - stunning in person. Pictures don't do it justice.

Only negative thing is the ring doesn't contain a solid metal band. Underneath is hollow.Edit: Band stone fell out after 6 months. I did buy the warranty so it was repaired for shipping costs: $60.
