We have a canister vacuum that uses 50558 bags. When we received these, we compared them to the ones we have, and they seem to match up exactly. The one difference was that our older ones seemed to be thicker and do not have the little adhesive flap to seal up the bag after removing it from the vacuum cleaner (these new bags have that flap).We tested these new bags in our machine on a rug that gets dust and pet dander. So far so good; the machine's suction power seemed normal (or maybe a little stronger) and checking the bag afterward didn't find any leak of dust into the bag compartment (meaning the bag contained the dust). Both bags say to change at 2/3 full, but maybe a better test is when suction is reduced (because the bag or other filters get clogged).We suspect that these thinner bags might mean better air flow until they get clogged, while our previous bags had a little less air flow and so clog faster/earlier with pet dander.

We have a Kenmore canister vacuum and these bags fit it perfectly. We overlayed them with our Kenmore bags and the match perfectly. The size is the same, the paper thickness seems the same and the holes all align perfectly. If it wasn't for the different packaging colors and logos, you wouldn't know the difference.The package had 15 bags and they all seem to be in perfect shape. They arrived plastic wrapped in a cardboard box so they came in perfect condition.I can't verify the specs regarding dirt and hair, but they pick up dirt and debris as good as the factory bags.I highly recommend.

These fit amazing well with my Kenmore canister. Good quality and hold up well. Much better option for my pocket than going name brand. They do the exact same job. I will buy these again when I run out.

They do the job, good quality replacement bags for my Kenmore canister vacuum. Felt a bit bigger than my last replacement bags, but I didn't have an empty one to compare. They are sturdy and thick, better quality than my other replacements too.

These vacuum bags are very roomy and fit my vacuum well. They hold a lot so you don't have to change them every time. They are anti bacterial which is a plus and it's recommended that they be changed when they are 2/3 full. I have 2 long haired dogs and when I use these bags they last a while so they are a great size. The cardboard that fits over the opening is sturdy and is a good fit so it holds in place while the vacuum is working. All in all I would recommend these vacuum bags.

These bags fit our Kenmore canister just like the store name-brand bags. I installed one as soon as they arrived and ran the vacuum. Ours is designed to clean pet hair and has really powerful suction. These bags are designed exactly like the originals but, they are made with even sturdier, thicker materials. Every bag in the package of 15 was made the same without defects. The cardboard square around the opening fits into the slot as it should. According to the description, they should contain the dust, dirt, our dog's hair, dander, smell, and all other household debris better and are rated as anti-bacterial too. They did so effectively while I vacuumed the entire house. All the carpeting, rugs, wood floors, and everything else using all the attachments to clean window blinds, crevices, baseboards, and ceiling fan blades. It all was contained inside the bag. I am happy with the bags and would not hesitate to reorder. My wife was also pleased that I vacuumed the entire house - happy wife, happy life!!

This is my review for 15 Pack Vacuum Cleaner Bags Replacement for Kenmore Canister Type C/Q 50555 50557 50558 and Type C-5, Premium Replacement Vacuum Cleaner Dust Bag. These bags fit my Panasonic canister vacuum perfectly. Actually, they're exactly the same size as my other generic vacuum bags for this vacuum. I will say in comparing them to two other generic vacuum bags that the bag material is the thinnest here. I have used two so far and neither exploded. The vendor quotes 99.7% filtration down to 3 microns. If that is true I don't know how important the thinness of the bag material really is. It certainly doesn't interfere with the airflow as a heavier material bag might. So, at $1.27 a bag this is really a good buy.
