This electric space heater from Saydsi is rated at 1500 watts which should be enough for a small or a medium sized room. This heater works pretty quick as you would expect and has all the standard protection expected. This is a very basic space heater with a remote control so nothing fancy here. Also note that this heater does seem to have NA certifications, so you do be aware.

Return immediately if you bought this. Extreme Fire Hazard... It's not even legal to use in Canada; it doesn't meet even the simplest safety regulations required for room heaters, per CAN/CSA E60335-2-30:13 (R2018).NOTE: I completely disassembled this after testing the tip switch. - It's now in the garbage, I wouldn't want to return it and endanger someone else.- It's plastic- Tip safety not there. It still runs, with heater on, even if tipped over. I actually rotated it in every direction and it did not shut off. This can point the heater core straight at the floor at literally zero clearance and keep working. (Fire!!!)- the heater element is actually held in place and enclosed in plastic.- wire diameter is too small for power it claims to use.- Not CSA, Intertek, cUL or any other electrical safety certification.- Does not meet CAN/CSA E60335-2-30:13 (R2018) safety regulations for space/room heaters.- Cheap plastic construction. The whole thing weighs only 1Kg (just over 2 lbs)- The relay for the heater core is rated at 15AMPS which is what they claim it uses. That means max current through the relay while in use. Not a safe situation.- LEAD ... Yes, Lead (Pb) listed in the construction materials. (see label) (And other poisonous materials)I don't think this item should even be available. It's so unsafe and potentially deadly, that it should be removed from Amazon.Save your life, and the lives of your loved ones; Don't buy it.Household room heaters are required to meet CAN/CSA E60335-2-30:13 (R2018) – Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-30: Particular requirements for room heaters (Adopted IEC/CEI 60335-2-30:2009, fifth edition, 2009-11, with Canadian deviations). This standard includes equivalent criteria to CSA C22.2 NO. 46-13, with the addition of criteria to address a slowing fan.

This electric heater is a nice little way to warm up a small space. It uses a standard 15A receptacle to power, and can be mounted to a wall. The whole unit feels a bit cheap, being mostly made of metal plastic with very little internals, and a lot of empty spacing. This also means that it is easily held to a wall and easily mounted. The heating element warms up fast and does heat up a small area. This would be good in a small office, but wouldn’t heat up more than a room. It does also ‘cool’, which basically feels like a slightly cooled fan blowing light air from it.There is also a bit of a hum that comes out of it while it’s on. If you’re in a room that’s very quiet, you may not like the noise, but if you’re using this in a small shop/garage while working, you won’t notice it.Oh and there is a remote. So if you do mount it up to a wall you won’t have to go up to it to adjust the heat or settings. You can do it from the ground.Over all it’s a nice little heater/cooling fan, but I probably won’t be picking up another. It works well for a small room, which is very useful so I have to give it 4/5 stars.

Nice heater, small but excellent for my garage area. Perfect for apartments or small areas like a bedroom. It is easy to hang and doesn't take much time. It is portable and small, but good heat and excellent heat for the area we have it in. Heats very fast and works nicely, and doesn't take much room.

This heater comes with a remote and is easy to operate. It's easy to set up the desired temperature and our living room heats up pretty fast. The temperatures can be adjusted as needed. There is a timer as well. There is an option for cool air but it acts more like a fan than AC. There is a wall mount in the back (the screws are not included). The cord is short, so it needs an extension which we have. Nice good looking heater for smaller rooms.

Nice digital display with multiple settings to stay comfortable. The heat moves nicely with the fan to have a fast effect. The heater is easy to carry and lighter weight. The outside is plastic and seems durable. There was no smell on first or later startups which is nice.Comes with a remote which is easy to understand and use.

I got this 1500-watt heater recently, and it works really well. It heats my room quickly and can easily warm spaces up to 800 square feet. I like that it has multiple heat settings, so I can adjust the temperature just how I want it.The built-in safety features, like overheat protection and a tip-over switch, give me peace of mind while using it. Overall, it’s powerful, reliable, and keeps my space cozy without any hassle.

I had reasonable hopes for this, but given the low price, I wasn't sure what to expect.Well, I won't be using it at all, unfortunately, as I don't trust it is safe to do so.I initially ordered this to hang in my garage, as it is unheated, and that is where I sort my recycling each week before taking it to the curb. While the garage is closed, it is neither insulated nor heated, so in the late Fall and throughout Winter, sorting the recycling gets pretty cold, even with a jacket and hat on (gloves just aren't practical, given the nature of the job). While I anticipated only turning it on for maybe half an hour before I started sorting, then unplugging it once I was finished, I just don't feel comfortable using it at all, for many reasons:1) The listing, pictures, and instructions, all imply different things: Is it a heater? Is it an air conditioner? Is it really 1500 watts?2) The list of included toxic ingredients, such as Polybrominated Biphenyl, Hexavalent Chromium, and Lead - all cancer-causing, in a device that is going to heat up and blow air in an enclosed space is unacceptable to me/my lifestyle3) Lack of any type of certifications from an electrical/heat element perspectiveUnfortunately, I can't provide any further information on its functionality, as I simply don't trust it safe enough to test - whether for electrical/fire hazard reasons, or due to the toxic material used in its manufacture. I'm not even sure where I would consider disposing of it due to this.Would not order again.

I get that the idea is for this to be mounted up high on a wall with a plug wired in for it - that's not an option for me, so that makes the cord WAY short, for space without a near ceiling plug in. For me it isn't any more complicated than running a short drop cord to resolve. The 100 buck$+ price tag is on the high side, but this isn't a typical unit, so I get it. I'm pretty much an absolutist about never using mollies in a wall to mount anything - but this is an exception, it was pretty much engineered for it, not even 12" twixt the screwhead holes, and so super light, literally a couple pounds - insanely lightweight. It is an impressive amount of heat this little thing makes. It's much smaller than most, and lighter than I would have ever expected a heater could be. It's still a bit cool of a morning in these mountains and my roommate is cold of a morning, so I put this in her bedroom, and she is loving it; this morning she ran it for about 10 minutes, and it knocked off the chill perfectly. Given the 50+ degree temp swings we're having, I anticipate putting the cooling aspect to a test also. These are a whole new creature for electric heaters, of any kind, they've been around a little while but had been priced so high as to be unaffordable for most, unless building or remodeling; the efficiency has to be all but off the charts, I don't see me investing in any other type of heater than these. They're worth the little extra $ and work to mount.

I expected more from this heater because I have other heaters that are much more rugged at a much lower price point. Yes, it does warm a small room, but it is not one I feel comfortable using. The plastic is cheap, it is mostly hollow inside, and the plug is not grounded.
