Adapter seems fine. 3 NPT holes for a sensor so you can pick a convenient location close to the block. But apparently no quality control. My adapter came with a clearly visible crack across the entire length of the adapter, all the way through to the inside.Returned for replacement shipment, we'll see if the next one is ok.

After having broken an oil fitting, i got this in the hopes that it would arrive faster than other suppliers - and it did. Great. However, it does not fit. I counted the threads on the male end and it calculated out to 27 TPI, NOT 28. The male end of this fitting is NPT, which defeats the whole purpose of purchasing this adapter.
