Their service is outstanding! Fast response to messages and trying to solve the problem as quickly as possible. The product is good but could be better. The door needs to be greased. It would help if you put absorption sheets under the device because water comes out after an operation. But this applies to all the sterilizers. Overall, it was an excellent purchase experience! I really recommend it.
