PROS: This is a very large utensil holder that will hold quite a bit. I don't know why it needs to spin as you can easily pull out any utensil, but it doesn't detract from the functionality, so that's OK. The wood is a nice grain.CONS: The wood is not finished. It feels incomplete. It needs a light varnish or at the very least, and oil rub. If it had that, this would be a five star product.

I got lucky. I say this because none of the listing photos, other than the one showing the bottom of the swivel base, show a utensil holder anything like I received. Although they look nice in the listing, they are kind 'a boring looking for such a beautifully varied wood. What I received is wonderfully varied in color and grain. this is what you buy acacia for. The deep browns; almost black: the light ambers and almost whites. Two of the large sides look like the listing photos and the rest look absolutely stunning This matches my acacia butcher-block countertops perfect. In the picture it is sitting on top of an acacia paper towel holder. the swivel works well and the finish work is smooth and even. I'm glad to see drainage holes in the bottom. I do wish that it was a bit heavier for stability. I'll have to be careful how balanced the weight of the utensils are since it has room for allot of them.

This utensil holder is so much better than I expected! First off, it’s bigger than I realized—which turned out to be a total win. It took the place of two separate holders—cleared up my counter and made everything feel way more organized!Made from gorgeous acacia wood, it’s not just functional—it’s downright stunning. Like, “leave it out on the counter as a statement piece” kind of stunning. The wood is thick, sturdy, and clearly high quality. You can feel the craftsmanship. The spin? Smooth as butter. I can grab whatever I need with a quick flick—no digging around in drawers mid-recipe. It seriously makes cooking more convenient and enjoyable. If you're looking for something that’s equal parts beauty and function, this is it. A total must-have for any kitchen that sees real action!

I have mixed feelings about this utensil holder, but it does work, and it looks fairly good.It seems well put together, and the wood grain is interesting. It has a slight wobble when it rotates, but otherwise it rotates smoothly. It came with four small felt circles that fell off of the bottom as I was putting it into place. I was able to figure out where the sticky patches were on the bottom and reattach them, but I have no confidence they will stay on if I move the utensil holder. The outside is kind of rough and unfinished. It could use some fine sanding, and some sort of finish on the outside. But it looks nicer than the plastic tub we were using before, and it holds quite a few utensils, including larger ones like spatulas and ladles.

First, let me tell you what I like about this product- It's well made, solid wood & has weight to it so it's not going to fly around the counter when you're grabbing a kitchen utensil. What I don't like though is that the screw it came with wasn't long enough when you add the bearings that makes the holder turnable. I had to use one of my own screws along with a nut and then adjust the torque so it spins correctly while staying in place. The company needs to make that improvement and also not to just place the screw in the bubble wrap that the holder comes in. When I took everything out, I missed the screw because it fell on the floor. If the screw were correct, I'd give this 4 stars

I got this acacia wood utensil holder for my kitchen, and it works wonderfully in terms of size—it’s quite large and easily holds all of my cooking utensils. The built-in lazy Susan spins smoothly, although I do need to pull the holder out of the corner a bit to prevent the utensils from bumping into the walls as it turns. The wood itself appears to be high quality, but it lacks a protective finish like lacquer or polyurethane. As a result, it looks a bit ashy and dry straight out of the box. I’m considering applying a protective coat myself to enhance the color and add some water resistance, which would be helpful in a kitchen environment. A finish like that would have really elevated the look of the piece and improved its durability.

The wood is not quite as pretty as in pictures on Amazon. The photo makes it look like it's had an application of oil or varnish, which it has not. The wood is more dull in real life, though you could easily brighten it up with oil or varnish. Nonetheless, the wood is very pretty if you like natural wood (which I do), with lots of shades as the picture shows. The rotation works well even when the container is full, and out doesn't tip over easily. If you knock it around, it wobbles, but stays upright. It's tall, wide and deep, so it holds a large number of large utensils.I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I'm a bit of a snob about wood and they could have oiled or lightly varnished the wood to make it gleam nicely. Still, this is attractive, functional and well-made, so definitely 4 stars.
