This was exactly what I needed. The string seems to be very tough and doesn’t just break off every time it hits something hard like a fence. I’ve used other brands that look similar but seem too stiff and break off too easily, making it so I go through string way too fast.

This is even thicker than the line I normally use. Thick line is great but it has downsides: it flicks rocks with huge force that can break skin and chip paint if you're not geared up properly. So definitely wear pants and glasses. Second of all, I've found that while thicker string definitely cuts heavier plants better (like thick grasses, small woody weeds, etc) it also does not last any longer than the thinner stuff. So really only get this thick stuff if you have resistant weeds and are willing to wear pants.

Thick weeds, overgrown ditches, you name it — this line doesn’t flinch. You can hear it bite into the brush. Pentagon shape is no gimmick, it slices like a tiny saw.

I mostly got feedback from my ranch hand who has far more experience with weed whackers than I do. He really like this product. He said the line weight was excellent and lasted a long time. He was very enthusiastic about the star shape of the line and said it cut very well and fast. Overall, he said that with the quick cutting and less time spent worrying about line length, he was able to do a large area of brush clearance noticeably faster.

This trimmer string is a good heavy-duty option if you have a heavy-duty trimmer. Worked great in my big gas trimmer but not so much in my small cordless trimmer. I usually use .095" line, and I did notice a slight upgrade when trimming along smooth edges (house slab, flower bed edging) and did not need to "bump" the head as much as usual. Where this really shined was in the thicker grass where the mower won't fit.

This trimmer line contains 80 meters of lines. It has a thickness size of 0.105" which is the thicker product than normal trimmer line. This means it should last longer than the thinner line. It has the pentagon shape to it which I believe makes the entire trimmer quieter. Overall this is good line and a good value and should work in any grass trimmer that supports this sized line.
