I've been using these bags and I love them. They catch even the smallest particles, and I haven't had to clean the pool cleaner filter as often. Plus, the fact that they come in a pack of two is very convenient. Great value.

What's not to like about these bags? There's two bags in this package, and they feature "dual" collection areas, one on each side of the hose. Well, that's not what it's cracked up to be.I thought that the two zippered sides of these would somehow increase debris volume and ease of dumping. No, they really do not. The "both sides of the hose" design basically flattens out the collection area and actually makes it harder for debris to be collected. And then you have TWO zippers to open and TWO sides with debris, which doubles the emptying hassle.Mine worked so poorly when I first put it on that I thought maybe these weren't designed to work with the 280... but the chart shows that it is "compatible". "Poorly" here means that it collected less than half the debris that my normal bag would have on any given day. I tried it a few days and then went back to my standard bags.Your mileage may vary and they may be more appropriate for a different machine, but for me... not recommended.

Update: Having used these for longer I realize that air does not pass through the mesh. When I used them the first time I thought the finer mesh would be better for fine sand. But If any air at all passes through the filter, even a little bit, it gets trapped in the bag and the pool cleaner floats around like a little submarine.These are inexpensive compared to the OEM. They work well, fit my 3900 perfectly. I like the zipper closure. I find the Velcro closure on my others clogs with sand and dirt, the zipper is much easier to wash off. The teeth on the zippers are relatively small but they work OK

When these arrived, they looked extremely small, and I was initially concerned it might be a bait-and-switch. That was not the case—the bags were just tightly and neatly folded into the connection ring.Once unpacked, installation was easy. This set of two gave us a spare, and the fit on the Polaris Sport was identical to the original OEM bag I had been using.

Easy to swap out with my old bag. Zipper is sturdy. Easy to clean. Fits into system easily. Good price for the two bags.

These replacement bags for the Polaris 3900 Sport are a perfect fit—just like the OEM versions but at a fraction of the cost. The double chamber and pull-tape design work just as expected, and installation was quick and easy. Not sure on longevity as I just got them, but so far the one I am using perform greats. Highly recommend if you're looking to save money without sacrificing quality!

This is an UNBELIEVABLE pool cleaner bag, and to prove how fine mesh the bag is, you are instructed to "Squeeze the air out of the bag before trying to submerge it or it may actually cause the cleaner to float". Secondly, and for me, incidentally, the bag closure system is extremely strong and effective ... Luckily, since the quantity of fine particles will need to be fully captured and held until you decide to manually empty the bag. This is the finest bag I have ever purchased !
