Just like the old day ones! I remember these growing up and I loved them. I've played with many different types of number puzzles but the metal ones have always been my favorite. This isn't exactly like the ones old ones but pretty close. It's slightly bigger. The numbers slide a little looser and, if you're sensitive to certain noises, it sometimes makes a high screech sound when sliding. It has the same clickety click and enamel/metal look and feel. There are no sharp edges and all the pieces are correct and stay on the platform.
