Purchased these to fasten kid's team sports banner to PVC frame. 100% would recommend for this purpose! These are extremely durable and held up amazing through 2 soccer seasons which included many game with high wind, and repeated less-than-careful installation and breakdown of banners. These are true to size and provide pretty strong tension. Elasticity provides a couple inches to feed the bead through the loop, but more than that is pretty tough to stretch... meaning, purchase as close to the size as you need. Don't expect the 4" ones to stretch 8". The 4" were the perfect size to wrap around a 3/4" PVC and through grommets in a banner. PVC frame was approximately .25" larger on all sides than the banner.

These worked perfectly for what I needed to insure that my RV cabinets stay closed during travel. In some cases I needed to use two attached together but they look nice and do the job!

I ordered 6 inch and at most they were only 3 inches long strong but order twice the length you think you need.
