Very thin, actually this is a plus for the use I wanted but not stainless which is a deal killer for table in my boat. My magnet strength test showed these are as ferrous as regular steel. Stainless can be magnetic just not this magnetic. I'm not going to do the work installing them to find the thin metal rusting away.also the screws were fully magnetic as well so not stainless either. And the screws were beveled where the braces were not beveled. I ordered another brand. Also the container was broken.

• These are thick and sturdy. I put some pressure on one to see if it would bend and it didn’t budge. I’m confident that they will do the job well.• The plastic box that they came in was a bonus. It protected the brackets well and I’m sure that it will come in handy to store some small parts later.• I’m having frames made for two large stained glass windows (24x48) that I’ve inherited. Unfortunately they don’t fit in any of my windows so I’m having them framed to hang in front of some larger windows I have.• These are extremely heavy and I wanted to make sure that the frames are sturdy so I ordered these brackets to reinforce the corners.

I don't know whether these are made from stainless steel or not, but if they are, that would be one of the few accurate pieces of information given. The product is NOT as shown/described on the web page description. To wit:1. These brackets are 10 times thinner than they are supposed to be. They are not 0.39" think, they are 0.038" thick.2. These brackets are not 2.40w x 2.40l, they are 2.36" x 2.36".3. One side of each of these brackets has a crummy (partial) coating of white enamel paint, the paint coating is full of gross alligatoring, voids and scratches. The other side of each bracket is bare metal.The brackets have sharp edges, as if they had been shear cut and not buffed/sanded.4. The brackets were shipped in a polyethylene plastic box which contained only 19 brackets, not 20 as stated, the number that was purchased.5. Screws were included in the plastic box.The product received is far from what what was ordered or represented.

These brackets are pretty much as described. They are, however, small and fairly thin. I would not use them on anything that needed to support a significant amount of weight. They should work well in a spot to reinforce an existing joint that bears most of the force.

My rvs bed is over the storage compartment and the wood was starting to unjoin to their fasteners as they are cheaply made. Bought these and they really supported the wood properly. The bed actually sleeps a lot better because it doesn’t sag at all now. Even 1/2 inch sag is a lot to a bed!!!!

My problem with these, was that the frame I put them on, was not flat, and these were pretty hard to bend to the right angle to keep the frame’s shape and keep the seems tight
