I bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts. They were easy to set up and I like that we can upload photos to them without having to be near them. I also like that multiple people can upload photos to it.

But couldn't get past the initial set up page. Tried everything but the remote didn't seem to work at all. Tried new batteries straight out of the pack, all different angles, turning everyone on and off. Even Googled the manual and troubleshooting guide. Nothing. Turns out, the remote sent with the device did not have the infrared sensor. Reached out directly to the supplier. Took two weeks to get a new remote. ALSO did not have the sensor. Decided to send it back and get a refund (still pending) instead of messing with it further. 32" picture frame.

Getting the pictures to load was easy enough, and the resolution seems to be as good as any of the phone images. However, getting a video to remain in the rotation was a problem.

Only took a few minutes to set up, download the app and transfer photos to the frame. Easy to add new photos to the frame via app or assigned email address.

My husband got this for me for Christmas and I love it! So easy to upload pics and videos daily. Daily slideshow of the thousands of pictures I have of my family and friends. Picture quality is great and the size is awesome. Honestly loved it so much, I purchased one to give to my mother for Mother’s Day this year.

I have been looking for a very large digital frame for awhile that was around 32 inches (the other ones were too small, I wanted the frame to look like a large piece of artwork). This is the perfect size. I wish the frame came in other colors as I don’t really like the black, natural wood would be a nice option. And the frame is really thick, like two inches thick coming off the wall versus other frames which are slimmer. But overall I am extremely pleased. The clarity of the photos is great. Sometimes if you choose to have a photo fit to expand the entire length of the frame, depending on the type of photo, it isn’t as clear but it’s still very detailed and not obvious. I just let the frame adjust the photos to fit the frame. setup was easy and the app was fairly easy to use. I like that you can use a slideshow option or just display a still photo and you can choose to display the time or not display the time. This gives the ability to make the frame look like a digital photo frame or like an actual piece of artwork. The frame is very heavy but no big deal either. If you’re looking for a large photo frame then I would get this, it’s still expensive but cheaper than the other options, especially if you can get it on sale

Very easy to set up and the app works well. My only complaint is that it doesn’t show pictures and videos together. You have to select one or the other.
