If you use pellet litter, and you should because clay is terrible for the environment and you cat, then this is the only litterbox you'll ever need to buy.The stainless steel material makes it easy to clean and sanitize. It doesn't hold onto odors or scratch like plastic.The sawdust falls through to the slide-out tray for easy dumping. The high sides prevent litter from getting kicked out, and also from cats with um, higher aim. No more accidents over the side!The box is roomy, so larger cats will love it.Sure it's a bit pricy, but it's a buy-it-for-life item. It's a hefty solution to a hefty chore that is cleaner and easier to manage than cheaper, lighter alternatives.I've had cats all my life and cycled through many litterboxes. This is by far my favorite, and I don't anticipate ever having to replace it.

We have been researching and finding that stainless steel litter boxes are healthier for our cat. They are super easy to clean compared to plastic. The quality and size of this one is great and our cat seems to do well in it. For the health of our beset friend this is definitely worth the money.

I got this to replace my plastic kitty box that was starting to reek. I liked that this had high sides since my one cat is kinda messy, that part is plastic tho. I use pellet litter and liners and found this easy to clean out and keep clean. I like it!

Excellent stainless steel litter box system. I used the breeze litter box for years and can easily use the same pellets and pads. The pads will be too small for the tray. However, I know my cat enough to know he only pees at the front of the litter. It’s easy to clean regardless. I love how large the size is considering I have a big cat. Highly recommend!

Large, sturdy and easy to clean! I was very impressed with this cat box, especially the metal. I had been using a plastic box previously and I can immediately tell a difference with the odor with a stainless steel box. It really makes a difference!

Cat litter box staiess with sifting tray on bottom.People 'go' in luxury on a Bidet...cats get this! Depending what type of litter you use, this will make litter box cleaning a lot easier. It sifts out the small used up bits that fall through the shifter to the bottom. But, that bottom layer can't built up more than an inch or you won't get the tray out. This is designed for using pressed pine as litter. Not the standard dusty clumping clay bits. Think "compressed wood pellets" exactly as you use for your pellet stove or a traeger kind of smoker grill. As the pellets absorb the pee, they absorb the liquid and turn back into the sawdust like before they got extruded and dried into pellet form. Totally biodegradable and at 8 bucks for 50 lbs (Alaska orange hardware store) very economical

Wow. The best so far from others that I bought. Got 4 big cats and adopted 2 babies, so buying a 2nd. I do recommend this product. Very easy to clean and less waste of pellets, no liners or extra stuff to use. Thank you for thinking of this.

* UPDATE: The company reached out personally and made things right. I highly recommend this seller/company, even if the product did not meet my specific needs. They were extremely professional and beyond helpful. *A-lot smaller than I imagined. The bottom tray/removable drawer does not completely cover the grates above it, so i'm assuming liquids will begin to leak if your cat does not directly use the center to go to the bathroom. It’s also barely indented, meaning its almost just a flat removable tray. I don't see liquid being able to be collected.
