These are great replacements for the Ring doorbell. Typically, I have to take it out and charge it overnight but now I can have a battery ready to install immediately. It charges very similar to the standard battery. No complaints

I ordered the QuasuHaven 2Pack 6040mAh 3.65V Replacement for Ring Battery with Charging Cable Compatible with Ring-Video Doorbell 2/3/4/3 Plus, Stick Up Cam Battery (2nd & 3rd Gen), Spotlight Cam and Peephole Cam.I got these to double up the battery in my Spotlight Cam Plus. Later, it may go to another device when I add a solar charger to that camera. I'll be expanding my Ring setup, so other uses will come up. For now, one of the two QuasuHaven batteries will be secondary in the cam and one will be on the sidelines to swap in when another battery needs charged. I can't speak to longevity or charging times yet. Even though I bought a number of cameras and a doorbell, I haven't installed my Ring system at my other home yet. I've just tested for compatibility. I'll update soon.I've used a number of generic Chinese batteries and chargers for other lithium ion tools (especially Ryobi) and I've never had an issue with charge life or defect. I'm expecting and hoping that these batteries work out in the long term, too.Overall, 5 stars for now, and update and expand my review after a couple of months of use.

This battery fit perfectly in my spotlight cam pro camera. The quality seems to be the same as any other battery pack I e had (not cheap or flimsy). The charge rate felt about the same as the brand name packs, and functions as expected. It does seem to drain marginally faster than a brand name one, but that can also be due to the cold weather. Great value, when compared to brand name packs!

I wanted to like this battery given the value and good overall capacity, but the unique ridges on the side made it a very tight fit in my Ring stick-up cam. I was actually a little concerned by the tight squeeze when pushing it into the Ring cam and then had to use a good pair of vice grip pliers to remove it. The clip isn't needed, in fact, I don't think it's sized correctly and the battery relies on those ridges to stay in place. Looking past the fit, the capacity and performance of the battery, even in sub-freezing outdoor weather, has been very good. Unfortunately, I can't get past the poor fit and need for vice grips to remove the battery so punished it accordingly with my overall rating.

I replaced the original battery in my Ring doorbell with this unit. It connected and powered up and the doorbell and camera all worked fine. The battery felt a bit stiff going in because it has ridges along the edges, but that was a good thing because the metal latch didn't click to lock the battery in place - it's being held in there by friction of the battery against the housing. I deducted one star for this defect.

We have two Ring Spotlight Cam Plus cameras, one is near a power source so it powered by wire, and the second we bought the battery version rather than running a long wire to it.The good news is that the battery operated Ring camera will send an alert when you need to charge the single battery that it comes with (these batteries are very slow charging, 6 hours or more when new or to recharge).The bad news is how often you will need to recharge it. When using motion detection at a high setting and lights at a low brightness that pop on to let people know they are being filmed, battery life is very short. The Ring box claimed 3-6 months, but it is more like 3-6 weeks.I received this second battery (the camera has room for two, one a primary battery, the other is a backup that fills in when the primary battery is drained). Assuming you just leave one battery in the camera, a spare will keep your camera operating while you recharge the other one, or you can put both in the camera, I think you will still get the low battery message to let you know when to start recharging them (in sequence, it seems to drain the main battery first, then switch to the second one).Overall, a spare battery is pretty essential if you buy the battery operated Ring camera, IMHO. I think in the wired version you can also add a battery for power outage situations, though I have not done this at my house.
