I just used these to replace 2 Sylvania 18858 100w bulbs - they are working fine. Will repost if I have durability issues, but they are functionally working as an 18858 replacement in my ceiling mounted light fixture without issue. 16 watts vs 200 watts total consumption. There is a difference in brightness (these are not as bright) - but its not enough to warrant the extra power consumption and heat produced by the Sylvania bulbs.

The bulb fit in an older Singer sewing machine and is brighter than the old bulb. The color temp is whiter and helps visibility when sewing and matching threads and fabric.
