I wear a size large glove, and it is a bit of a struggle getting my hands through these evaporative cooling sweatbands. Once I got them on and sweated or poured water on them, they work well for what they are, but if they have elasticity to them, it is not much that I have noticed if any. It would be a safe bet if you have smaller hands and feet to get these, but if you wear size 10 and above shoes, and size large or greater gloves, this is not for you.

My wrists are large for a woman's / more or less normal for a man's (I think). They measure a bit less than 8" around. If I put one of these wrist coolers on top of my wrist, it just covers from side to side when I look down on it. What I didn't expect about these is that there's very little give to the fabric. Technically, I CAN get these around my wrists, but they don't feel very nice because they are tight. Not tight as in they're about to cut off my circulation but tight as in I want to fiddle with them every half minute in hopes that I can make them feel more comfortable. Apart from not fitting my wrist, they don't go over my hand as easily as I would like. There's what feels like a very tight band of elastic in them and I keep feeling like I'm going to break it when I put them on or take them off. I have no complaints about these keeping my skin cooler than it would otherwise be. I just recommend them for people with smaller wrists. I'm currently giving them a very generous 4 stars because they work as a cooling device and, while they don't feel great to me, they technically do fit around my wrists.
