I use this with my Kunpeaved 200 AH 12.8v LiFePo4 battery. It handles power much better than the origional M8 terminals.

This allows me to use batteries designed for side post terminals (eg Chevy trucks) with most other vehicles that are designed for the standard SAE terminal (cone shaped). But note that in the typical orientation the posts end up coming out horizontally so it may not work so well.I can also use the included bolt, washer and lock washer to attach cables ending with 8mm or larger ring connectors to it. This can also be used just to extend the 8mm threaded terminal further out for easier attaching to something else.The quality seems good. I do wish they included an instruction manual showing the various ways you might use these terminal adapters, or had a web page online explaining it.

These posts seem to be brass and of good quality. While many people may use them to permit use of automobile type battery clamps on M8 terminal batteries, I am using one of the posts to solve a particular problem.I needed to add a ST blade fuse block to a battery with M8 screw terminals. The design of this fuse block makes it difficult to mount on batteries where the battery terminals are flush with the top of the battery. Before I found these posts, I thought of using longer M8 machine screw a stack of washers but this solution is much better.Since two posts are included, I can duplicate the installation on a second battery. Since the negative terminal in the fuse block kit will mount flush with the battery, it isn't needed at the moment.A great product for multiple uses! My only suggestion is to supply brass M8 machine screws to use on top.
