Purchased these thinking it would help protect my sneakers when I shift, but it leaves more of a rubbery residue/scuff than the small "dirty" look the bikes' original clutches

The rear brake is almost always much smaller than these and does not hold on due to fitment. Also these should be nearly 90° like literally any clutch/rear brake pedal and are 45°. Mildly. Hope they perform better than they look and feel.

When they’re on, they’re great!! But it’s really hard to get them on. I had to slit mine kn the back side to get it on

I imagine these would work fine on some bikes, but my Triumph Tiger has a rubber bumper on the shifter that I hoped this would cover up as the rubber is getting old and starting to mark some of my boots. These seem to be made to slip over a much smaller shifter, perhaps 1 to 1.5 centimeters. They were too cheep to bother sending them back.

Been about two weeks and the rough surface seen in the pictures is now smooth on mine and I just wear vans for shoes. But it’s softer rubber on purpose and that’s to be expected.
