So these are really pretty but alot bigger than expected. Not sure if I just didn't bother to look at the size or just assumed they were smaller. Either way, they're a little bigger than my entire ear as a whole so all the bending and twisting, which they did easily and didn't get damaged - (they feel like a soft full 925 sterling silver) I could never get them to stay or fit in any direction that looked okay. I've always liked extra both pierced and squeeze on (which these are even tho they say clip on which would've probably been even worse) and can usually do enough bending and overall reshaping to get them how I want but these are basically a giant C with a small bling on one end like a regular post and the designed on the other end, with no clip or post. I think it's just too much like it looks big and klunky and would look better if smaller and/or as 2 different, separate pieces. Even if I'd have successfully gotten it on, it would have been 100% visibly noticeable and obvious that it's not part of a piercing and there's no way to keep it looking like a bent hanger around and behind the ear. Those are my personal preferences though so don't want to knock too much off the rating because I don't like any jewelry that's much more than simple and dainty in shape and size and many other people prefer the opposite. Just as a guide, it is longer than an inch, almost 2" at the biggest point but again, it's really pretty and stood up to my many attempts to get it on . I guess my final thought is that the way it's made, I couldn't find much of a way to get it to stay on either, because it's meant to all be on the same side of your ear, so there's not a great way to keep it on like how some will go around to the other side to be supported by your ear or cartilage and there's no place to run a small post thru to secure it. Unless you're pretty creative you'll have a bit of a rough time with these

I got these for my teenaged daughter to wear for a Halloween costume. She loved them! She actually preferred wearing them the opposite way than in the photo and they looked great that way too. She’s excited to wear them for her costume and just regular days too.

While pretty, these 'wing' cuffs aren't for everyone's ear shape. They are pliable, and I tried to make do to suite my ears, but they don't really fit me. I have pretty small ears, and they don't have much to attach to with these cuff earrings. I had to bend and bend and bend the silver frame, and even still it was a struggle to loop them over my ears from top to bottom. They look far too large for my little frame, but I can imagine on someone with larger ears they might look nicer. Also, if you have ears that stick or curve outward, good luck getting these to fit.
