I received this gallon of 30 second outdoor cleaner. It is a gallon of cleaning solution that aids in cleaning fences patios decks garage doors and other various outdoor areas of algae dirt mold and mildew. The gallon has a sprayer powered by 4 AA batteries. The company supplies the batteries. Unfortunately they didn't work. I followed the instructions to try to solve this. I put in brand new batteries. Unfortunately upon trying to get the battery door open I cut my finger. After putting the new batteries in and trying to prime the pump the sprayer didn’t work. I then transferred the formula to a pump sprayer that I have. I was able to apply it to my garage door. It did clean the garage door. I rinsed it off with a hose. The front steps there was no change after applying and following the directions. I thought I smelled bleach when I transferred the liquid to the pump bottle. Looking at the ingredients there is bleach and soap detergents. Although it cleaned the garage door I can buy these ingredients at a cheaper price and apply it with the pump sprayer. Therefore I can’t recommend this product.

Before this appeared in my Vine list, I had already bought and used the hose sprayer version of this to clean my patio pavers, so I knew it was a good product, but I was curious to see the difference in the two. I hated that the hose sprayer used up so much water, so I figured this might be more economical in the long run. The listing is a bit confusing because the header states that it's a concentrate, but it's actually RTU (ready-to-use). You just drop the sprayer in through the cap, pull out the battery tab, prime the sprayer and go!It did a pretty good job on my pavers, though it's taken a few applications and a deck brush (there was a few years of grime built up). It's definitely not "30 seconds" (unless you're doing routine cleanings, I guess). I always let it soak in for at least 10 minutes and reapplied through the process so it wouldn't dry out (my patio gets direct sun). But it's made my patio look so much better than it had before!

This is the 2nd type of a similar product that I have purchased. The first one was a 3 gallon jug for $50 that smelled like chlorine and did an amazing job cleaning the mildew off the siding. It had lasted over a year staying clean. This particular product is a bit more expensive and appears to have the same ingredients and odor. My hope is that it will keep the siding just as clean for just as long. Seems a little pricey, applies easy enough ( just wear protective clothing and masks) spray with garden hose and watch the grime be gone!

I’ve been using 30 Seconds Cleaner for several years and have come to depend on it for cleaning our RV roof and awning. To be straight, the manufacturer does not recommend it for these surfaces and I’m sure the material manufacturers would agree. When I clean our RV with this cleaner, I spray it on, give it just a few minutes to work, go over the surface lightly with a soft brush and then thoroughly rinse. This is only done once each year for my annual spring cleaning. I have seen no damage or degradation to roof or awning with this limited use. I typically use a garden sprayer to cover the area I am cleaning but welcomed an opportunity to review this 1.3 gallon of product with an included sprayer. The labeling and item description are not very clear, but this cleaner appears to be pre-diluted and ready for use, not the concentrated version of 30 Seconds Cleaner I usually purchase. The sprayer uses 4 AA batteries and has an attached hose and cap that replace the cap on the jug. A ceramic weight on the end of the hose keeps it in the bottom of the jug so it can pick up the liquid. The hose is of small diameter and it is very pliable. When I removed the hose from the compartment in the holder it stores in, I was concerned that it was collapsed in areas where it had been bent. I straightened it out as best I could, put it in the jug and it worked just fine. The sprayer will put out a 3-4’ stream. The nozzle can be adjusted for a spray pattern as well. I found the spray covered about a 1’ diameter area when about 1½’ away. It comes with batteries, but you have to remove an insulating tab before first use. A sliding on/lock button disables the pump for safety and storage. The +/- indicators for battery insertion are stamping into the metal contacts inside the battery cover. For large areas, this sprayer’s coverage is slow, so you will probably want to use a garden sprayer. Where this little sprayer will be very useful is for those with small apartment decks, porches or entry walkways. It is capable and will prove very convenient for these applications.I rate 30 Seconds cleaner as excellent. For those with small areas to clean, this combo with attached sprayer will also be an excellent choice.

From the title of my review, you'd expect to see 5 stars. So why did I give it 4 stars? Well... it all comes down to price. You're going to need more product than you think because it dispenses really quickly. I purchased (3) 64oz jugs on top of this one. I was able to do my PVC fences, but ran out when it came to applying it to the siding on the front of my house.Does the product work? SURE DOES! Seriously AMAZING! I've used Wet&Forget cleaner in the past, and it doesn't even come close to being as effective as 30 Seconds cleaner. All you have to do is spray 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner on your fence, wait 30 seconds, and spray it off. It's that simple. Once the product is sprayed on the fence, you can see the green mold start to melt away.If you have mold and mildew on your fences, you need to buy this product. Don't bother with anything else. Yes... It's that good. Just make sure to order enough, because you'll go through it pretty quickly.**PRO TIP** Wear rubber gloves when using this product. My hands stunk of ammonia for two days. But they were super clean. :P
