This product is great for building a border around my photos. It’s relatively easy to cut, even though the thickness is relatively weight. I enjoy using black, uncertain, borders, or even certain shapes when I do scrapbooking.This bends OK the creases do pick up some surface and causes some irregularities but no big deal. The fuzzies can be easily cut away with scissors.I haven’t tried drawing on the surface of these, but I would imagine if you use color pencil. The colors would be very vibrant against the black because it is a deep black hue.It’s too bad this isn’t 12 x 12 so I can actually use it as a scrapbook page but this in itself is very useful for my intentions. I have to update with photos once I am done with the pages I use them with.

This paper feels a lot thicker than others I’ve bought at similar or even higher weight. Dare I say it feels as thick as poster board. But it also sorta looks like black poster board in that it has a washed out appearance.It’s not the saturated color I’m used to getting in craft store packs so I wouldn’t choose this for any kind of fine card making. That aside, its stiffness and weight makes it an ideal choice for other crafts (cut outs, tabs, backing, etc). It actually lends itself better to my cricut since it won’t be so fragile when pulling off the cutting mat.

It’s the weight it says, and the black is rich and vivid. It’s the perfect thickness for junk journal pages. It’s also packaged correctly, there were no bent corners upon receiving.

I make a lot of cards and was in need of a nice heavyweight black cardstock. This fits the bill and works out great. I use my scoring board to crease my cards and don't have any issues with it tearing on the fold. The color is a nice deep black and matches well with my card toppers. This paper cuts easily on my paper trimmer. I am very happy with the quality and quantity of this product.

I make greeting cards and I'm always in need of basic black cardstock. I mostly use it as a layering piece on cards, but I also love die cutting sentiments in black so they will stand out on the card. This paper is a solid choice for my needs. It isn't super smooth, but that's not always one of my requirements. I like that it's a little heavier weight. The package indicates it's 92 lb, however when compared to other cardstock in my stash it feels more like 80 lb. It's still a good layering weight, but it is not heavy enough to be a card base. I just wish it had more color saturation. I prefer my black paper to be really black. This is a little less. I tried to photograph three sheets of different brands. This one is in the middle of the other two. It's closer in color to the light black. I was hoping for a rich black, like the paper on the right.

I ordered this black cardstock to draw on with white, gold, and silver gel pens. I like the effect and think it looks nice. As you can see from the photograph, I used multiple colors of gel pens on this paper, and they all worked great. The paper is heavy, and the ink is quickly absorbed. The paper is easily made into a handmade card, or you can use a full sheet for a larger sketch. I left artist and washi tape on the four corners for an hour. A small bit of black paper lifted when I removed the tape. I have concerns that if you plan to leave tape on the paper for longer, the paper may tear. This paper is reasonably priced and is recommended. This paper arrived in shrink wrap from the manufacturer, but none of the corners were damaged.

I ordered the 30 Sheets Black Cardstock, Card Stock 8.5 x 11, 92lb/250gsm Black Paper, Heavy Cardstock Paper for Invitations, Scrapbooking, Art, Crafts, DIY Projects and Drawing for my wife to use with her Cricut and Sizzix cutting machines. The cardstock is solid-core, exactly as pictured and cuts perfectly. No shedding. The weight is just perfect for card-making and scrapbooking. Nice value, I've seen these priced much higher. 5 stars
