One of my Tankless water heaters crapped out and I thought it was going to have to be sent to the glue factory, however I was able to figure out it was the igniter and needed one quickly. I was a tad hesitant as many are not genuine and show up in a plain white box but needed it quickly and it say OEM. It arrived in 2 days, to 5 min to install and fired right up....and it came in a factory sealed box with a few included items. Absolutely 100% OEM.

This is a perfect fit for my tankless water heater. It only took a few minutes to replace it. HOWEVER, it only lasted 4 months until I had to replace it AGAIN. That is unacceptable.

The seller was great. The item was shipped on time and at a great price. When it arrived, I found that, even though the description doesn't state it, it's not aftermarket, but is an original Navien part. Nice!
