It works well and small for what it is but on the flip side, it's dense. It's also expensive (but expected for something this powerful). The two USB-C ports at 100w are nice. The dual usage to power both my Lenovo Thinkpad P15 Gen 2 and my 2024 MacBook Pro 14" is nice as not having to carry two chargers while traveling is worth the price.

It is lighter and the provided cables are unexpectedly flexible. The connections to the supply itself are solid but slightly loose, which is a good thing for accidentally yanking the cord. Better to have it disconnected from the supply than damage the power port on your laptop. It is nice to have a USB charger as part of the supply. I wanted a spare power brick and this is lighter and certainly smaller than the original that came with my laptop and it works fine.

After about four months of using, the smaller cord that extends from the brick to my laptop no longer stays plugged in. It slides out with the tiniest of movements. It started off tight, but has not become virtually unusable. not only that, but even wiggling the plug around causes my laptop to stop charging... It also still gets very hot. it seems like whatever internal component has separated from the plastic case around it. I have kept it in its nice carrying case whenever not using it, I've never spilled anything on it, its never been banged around etc... For how incredibly expensive this thing is, I wouldve expected it to last for at least a couple years, not just a few months...

I read the reviews and saw a review where someone wasn't achieving the 330W power and could not get their performance mode to work. The reason being is because that person did not follow the directions as you will not be able to achieve the 330W with a USB-C connector. It MUST use the adapter/plug that is used for the lenovo laptop. I bought that on Amazon as well. Three different adapters a right angle that only uses 300W a extension also 300W and a second extension LABELED 330W. Plugged it in and boom power performance mode works no issue. So if you lenovo legion pro 7i 9th gen users looking for a slim charger. Look no further this is the one!

Rating: 3.5/5Quality-wise, I’d give this a 4 — not the best, but it definitely has some nice elements. The included case adds a premium feel, which I appreciate. Aesthetically, it’s not bad. Sure, it could’ve been more slim or had a more seamless design, especially where the adapter connects, but it’s a charger, so I can live with that. Now, the main reason I'm giving this a 3.5 is the issue with the cables not staying securely in place. I often use my laptop in bed, and the cables disconnect from the power brick with even the slightest movement. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but over time, it’s become super annoying — I constantly have to get up and plug them back in. Even the adapter itself randomly disconnects and reconnects if it's turned a certain way until I reposition it just right.I can’t say for sure if I got a bad batch, but for something priced over $150, I expect more. Especially when my stock charger or even cheaper third-party ones didn’t have this issue. That said, the brick itself looks sleek, and I do like the bonus of having two extra USB-C ports. It does do its job, but honestly, I think it’s more fairly priced around $80—maybe $100 max. And keep in mind, you also have to buy a separate adapter to get the full power for your specific laptop, which kind of adds insult to injury.Overall, not terrible — just hard to justify the price given the issues.

First off, I cannot believe the size and weight difference compared to the Alienware m16 power supply, which is insanely lighter with zero performance degradation. There is no comparison when it comes to the quality that has gone into designing a better, more efficient power source. I use this to charge my phone and other usb-c devices. Overall, this is an amazing charger and replaces your bulky standard power source, which makes this a must have if you travel with your laptop.

This is the charger of my dream!!! I have the 2023 16 Razer 4090. I did have to buy the Razer DC adapter separate. The price is 20 dollars, I bought 2 of them. I tested the original Gan Charger, while gaming for 4 hours Max power draw is 300W. The Slim Q Max power draw is also 300W while doing intensive gaming. You also get two spare usb-c but I wouldn't recommend using them while gaming. Only so the GPU can have enough power while gaming. Even then you may be fine giving its 330W. The charger does get hot, same as the OEM, while doing intensive gaming & pulling that max power draw. Other than that, it's fine. I definitely would recommend it.

My giant 350W oem charger forgot my eluktroniks laptop would only charge in very particular orientations. By default, luckily this new charger was the same plug, but it's really nice that I can but adpatwrd for other devices I have. Being able to charge so rapidly, and charge multiple devices, while also being half the size, is really freakin nice! Also, the build quality is superb. The cables feel great and they could really nicely. Hands down the best charger I've owned. Great cable ties and an included travel case is a nice touch. The case is roomy enough for you to store extra dongle and cables as well. It's not cheap, but it does feel like you get what you paid for in a good way.
