After a minimal usage and we'll after return window tool . Went to use tool again, installed makita battery and pulled trigger and it started smoking and getting hot. Pulled battery tried again after cooling down with same result. Now does not work. Questionable quality!

Lacks power has very little power. The bolt has to be literally loose for this thing to even function

I misread the product description and assumed the F FINEC electric ratchet came with a compatible battery. It did not and I had a hard time finding a matching battery with charger. While the ratchet is well built, I had issues using it. Even with a fully charged battery, it could not deliver the torque needed to remove some tight bolts.

Stopped working after removing third bolt was hoping it would last a little longer than that it's a knock-off I was okay with that but it didn't even last 15 minutes

First time I used this ratchet it started to smoke . That was after fastening approx 10 1/2 inch nuts and bolts in a trailer build ..Let it cool off but now totally dead! Should have spent the extra money and bought the Makita

The first time I used it i was removing about 10 water pump bolts on my car that were basically finger tight, and smoke began pouring out of this cordless rachet. Unfortunately the first time I used it was past the return window.

Picture of product is a very close resemblance of a Makita watched tool, color, size etc. it uses an 18 volt Makita battery to power it. Seems to be good quality, I will give it a shot, 1/2 price of the Makita brand.
