Still unsure on the longevity, but so far so great. I have a large door that folds downward. This works great by not allowing the door to fall by gravity and potentially break things or hit someone. There's a pleasant soft close to it as well.

Works perfectly for my drop-down cabinet door! Easy to install, smooth operation, and slows the flap down just right. Feels sturdy and well-made. Great for preventing sudden drops. Totally worth it for a clean, soft-close finish.
