After 7 year of use, the original ladder strap on my boat was getting stretched and beginning to show signs of wear. I did not want it to fail on the water and have the ladder unsecured when underway, so I began searching for a replacement.These ladder straps are just want I needed. They are made from thick rubber and are almost identical in size and shape to the OEM strap that came with the boat. Each strap has 4 mounting holes so that you can get a proper fit to secure your ladder, and each strap comes with new mounting hardware in case the original is damaged or lost. It's a quick job to replace the old worn ladder strap with a new one.The straps come in a pack of 4, but given the quality of these, I expect one replacement to last a long time. But it is always good to have spares! If you have a telescoping ladder on your boat, sooner or later you will need these!
