This 4160 Carburetor Rebuild Kit is a, affordable option for refreshing Holley 4160 series carbs like the 1850, 3310, 80457, and more. All gaskets and components fit well, especially for vacuum secondary carbs. Quality is decent for the price, and it covers a wide range of Holley list numbers. Great value for a basic rebuild but just make sure to double-check compatibility with your specific model before ordering.

I ordered this rebuild kit for my 1969 Chevelle 350 Holley 700 vacuum secondary carburetor. The kit looks like it includes all of the gaskets on my carburetor so I am very happy. The kit has all of the small parts as well, even check balls and cotter pins. The only thing I did not see is any assembly diagram or drawings of where all the parts go and the order. Also the power valve has no markings on it so you have no idea what its spec's are. To someone who races the car we wish the power valve was marked so we know what it operates at for vacuum. Holley marks all of their power valves and this kit should also mark theirs as well. We will likely reuse the old power valve for accuracy. I would reorder this kit and recommend it to others. The gaskets are very nice quality but look over all the gaskets for any punch outs that did not get fully punched out. I found one piece still in the hole and a small amount of gasket material still attached to the outside of a washer type gasket that I had to pull off. All the rest of the gaskets were all clear and looked great. Four stars because of the punches not cleared out.
