I put this on the trailer for my 24’ boat. Works fine with LED lighting, but the thin wires are probably not up to powering incandescent lights. Has a quality feel to it and connects well to my car.

This trailer connector looks and feels like good quality. Main thing is the casing the wires are in up to the connector, and the moulding. Many just haver the individual wires coming out individually, and thats where they break. This is what happened to mine. Unfortunately I can not use this as I stupidly ordered this 5 way connector without realizing I need a 4 wire. But if you need a 5 WIRE connector, then this is a good option.

My boat trailer with surge brakes needed a new connector, and this one works fine. Brakes don't fight me anymore when backing up, so it's back to fishing for me! Good construction, good looking, and real copper wire.Love it!
